(Purpose)
The Purposes of the corporation, as stated in its Articles of Incorporation, are the
following:
- Through mutual effort and expenditure to
provide for protection for the members of said corporation, thereby promoting civic and
community improvement for its safety.
- To enter into contracts with other
persons, corporations or associations in the promotion of fire protection for members.
- To acquire by purchase, gift, grant,
devise, bequest or any other manner, suitable real estate and personal property and monies
to provide the facilities needed or desired by members in obtaining fire protection; and
sell any real or personal property when the same is no longer needed my members.
